Fredrik is on his way to China!

Fredrik left for China earlier today and will be landing in Beijing tomorrow morning and go directly to the Swedish cycling camp about 100km outside Beijing.

Fredrik and Lenovo for the Olympics!

From today on and during the Olympics Fredrik will keep a blog together with Lenovo on www.fkessiakoff.blogspot.com.

Fredrik is at the moment up in the Italian mountains for his final preparations before he goes  to Beijing the 12th of August.

Dont forget to watch Fredrik's Olympic race on the 23rd of August at 9 o'clock in the morning central European time!

Swedish Championships

Fredrik won today's Swedish Championships Mountainbike Time trial, in Norberg.

Yesterday Fredrik was the guest at the talkshow "Gomorron Sverige" (Good Morning Sweden) ........
